Personal Yoga Classes
Personal Yoga classes are based on the knowledge that movement and meditation are essential to health and happiness. In Yoga, the intention is to integrate fully into the home of our soul, our body.
In these busy times, we need to be more accurate and responsible with our self care. We need a space specifically for us and a yoga mat holds that potential. The yoga mat is your space to release, gain new perspectives, take responsibility for emotions, get stronger, gain clarity, balance, heal, clean body and cultivate a radical amount of self love!
Erin has been a practicing Yoga teacher since 2002 with emphasis on alignment, stability, breath and flow. Her favorite styles to draw from are Anusara, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Shadow Yoga. There is a strong emphasis on foundational poses in the beginning, and their is always an opportunity to expand in each pose.

The Personal Yoga Experience
During the first session, there is an assessment of needs, goals, history, life experience, physical and mental well being. Follow up sessions have a more efficient assessment and it is important to note that yoga programs are often changing as a result of positive transformation in clients!
At the end of each practice is the famous Savasana, where you will receive some lovely bodywork for optimal relaxation and healing.
